How Much Will Treatments Cost?

If you are visiting this page you are considering coming in for treatment. Naturally, you’re wondering how much it will cost. You’ve got to see if you can budget your selfcare. We are honored by your interest in our clinic. We hope this overview of our treatment costs is the right guide for you. Please reach out if you have any questions on our contact us page.

In general, what are your costs for acupuncture treatment?

For patients who pay at the time of service (before or right after treatment), a new patient appointment costs $120, and follow-up appointments are $85. We are in-network with a few insurance carriers. In-network rates vary but are less than what a patient would pay at the time of service. Out-of-network rates will be more than a patient’s expense at the time of service. We also have additional discount programs to help keep costs affordable.

What additional discounts are available if I pay at the time of service?

We offer a variety of payment options to keep costs low. You can pay at the time of service (as you check in or out), which has a discount. You can use insurance benefits if you have them. Or you can use one of our packages or bundled services. These options are below for all you quick readers out there.

  1. Pay at the time of service (before or right after treatment)
  2. Use your insurance benefits – if available
  3. Purchase a package of treatment or bundled service

Do you know if I can use my insurance benefits?

Yes, it is true. Some insurance carriers have acupuncture benefits. Even some Medicare Advantage plans have acupuncture coverage. You can always contact your carrier to see if you have benefits and if we are a part of your plan. Please let the front desk know that you have insurance coverage; if you do, they will check with your carrier to ensure we understand what your plan covers and if you have any copays or need to meet your deductible

What are the costs if I use my insurance benefits but I’m paying into a deductible?

In-network rates are lower than paying at the time of service. Out-of-network is more expensive than paying at the time of service. Most patients utilize their motor vehicle insurance in the case of an accident. Since these insurance carriers do not have contracts with acupuncturists they are considered out-of-network. Patients can always choose what way they would like to cover their appointments. Don’t worry, we won’t pressure you but will help guide you through the process.

Will you review my cost of care at my first visit?

Finally, we don’t want you to be surprised by the cost of treatment so we review a report of findings with every new patient to review the cost of care and frequency of treatments. We also want to help you utilize your benefits if you have them and provide the best care possible.

Dr Mark was amazing. I’ve had him work on a few of my sports injuries ranging from sprained ankles and sor shoulders, but the work he is doing on my lower back is fantastic. His professionalism and communication of what i need and why keep me coming back as a regular. Acupuncture is the real deal and I suggest a visit with Mark for anyone who is a skeptic.
