How Much Will Treatments Cost?
If you are visiting this page you are considering coming in for treatment. As a result, you’ve got to cross the pragmatic road called money. There is only so much money in the world and you’ve got to see if you can budget your selfcare. Thank you so very much for your interest in our clinic, we are so very honored by your consideration. We hope this overview of our treatment costs is the right guide for you. Please reach out if you have any questions on our contact us page.
In general, what are your costs for acupuncture treatment?
Since we offer a variety of treatment options it’s impossible to give an exact monetary amount to you at this very moment. Insurance benefits have a wide variety of rates associated with them, especially between carriers. For the most part if you pay at the time of service (before or right after treatment), a new patient appointment costs $120 and follow up appointments are $85.
In-network rates are lower than paying at the time of service. Out-of-network is more expensive than paying at the time of service. Most patients utilize their motor vehicle insurance in the case of an accident. Since these insurance carriers do not have contracts with acupuncturists they are considered out-of-network. Patients can always choose what way they would like to cover their appointments. Don’t worry, we won’t pressure you but will help guide you through the process.
What Payment Options Are Available?
We offer a variety of payment options in order to keep costs low. You can pay at the time of service (as you check in or out) and that has a discount. You can use insurance benefits if you have them. Or you can use one of our packages or bundled services. The breakdown of these options are below for all you quick readers out there.
- Pay at the time of service (before or right after treatment)
- Use your insurance benefits – if available
- Purchase a package of treatment or bundled service
How do I use my insurance benefits?
Yes, it is true. Some insurance carriers have acupuncture benefits. Even some Medicare advantage plans have acupuncture coverage. You can always reach out to your carrier to see if you have benefits and if we are a part of your plan. Indicate to the front desk that you have insurance coverage, if you do, and they will check with your carrier to make sure we know what your plan covers and if you have any copays or if you still need to meet your deductible.
Finally, we don’t want you to be surprised by the cost of treatment so we review a report of findings with every new patient to review the cost of care and frequency of treatments. We also want to help you utilize your benefits if you have them and provide the best care possible.
